IVF Practice Administrator Needed In Frisco, TX

FST is currently recruiting an extraordinary leader responsible for the non-clinical aspects of the day-to-day operations of the Practice, who will foster a Practice culture consistent with FST’s Purpose, Vision, and Values that generates high levels of employee engagement, accountability, and performance.
The Practice Administrator is accountable for the overall operations of the practice. This position must be fully engaged in the unique environment of a reproductive medicine practice, and work with a highly professional multidisciplinary team to drive growth, profitability, and excellence in patient care/service.

Core Functions:

  • Responsible for the financial performance of the revenue cycle, including patient financial
    counseling, coding, billing, collections, data entry, processing, and cash posting
  • Strict accountability in AP, including vendor contracts/negotiations
  • Participate in budget decisions and implementation; P&L
  • Responsible for patient flow through the Practice
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, labor law, and other federal, state, and local regulations
  • Ensure the Practice hires the best talent as demonstrated by quality recruitment, selection, and retention of colleagues who deliver the highest quality services
  • Develop and maintain clear and consistent lines of communication across the Practice to ensure all employees are aware of Practice goals, priorities, and guidelines.

Competencies/ Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Masters preferred in either healthcare or business administration.
  •  Minimum of 5-8 years of leadership experience in health care, women’s and/or RE healthcare preferred.
  •  Demonstrated record of results.
  •  Superior ability to manage relationships, including working effectively with physicians.
  •  Experience in payor contracting and payor relations; strong knowledge Revenue Cycle functions, AR, and reporting skills.
  • Basic HR administration and Payroll experience
  • Ability to analyze problematic situations utilizing quantitative data and analytical techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Understand the principles of Continuous Quality Improvement, including team work and
    evidenced based decision making.
  • High ethical standards and integrity.
